Stinking, rotten, unbelievably poor service. Clothes dryer, under warranty, failed. Three, count them, three repair technicians came out, unprepared and disinterested, to repair. NONE came with the needed repair part. NONE repaired the dryer. The last tried to get me a $500.00 SEARS credit to buy another clothes dryer. His superior refused asking us to wait two more weeks for a part to arrive after already waiting two months. Disgusting!!
it sucks- my saga began on Feb 14 and as of today March 20 is still not resolved. 6 weeks and 3 techs later dryer still shuts off after 5-15 minutes. had a smart a** technical support scheduler on the phone last night that absolutely refused to schedule someone to come out again. I finally told him I would just call back later and talk with someone else. I have always had Sears appliances and have always had maintenance agreements on them. their repair service these days leaves a lot to be desired.
Sears charged me fraudulently for services I had already paid for. Over a week later, I am fighting to get my payment reimbursed.
I have been attempting to get my Kenmore washer repaired since April 2017. In the past Sears provided superior service. Here of late, it has been difficult to get any service. Even customer service representatives are rude and unprofessional.
